Compensation & Growth
Competitive, W-2 Employee Compensation
Mindful Touch offers competitive commission-based pay with clear, attainable benchmarks for growth based on professionalism, consistency, and client retention.
We are a W-2 employer and cover 50% of payroll taxes, provide non-contact pay, scheduled recovery time between clients, all supplies, and meaningful wellness benefits.
Our compensation model prioritizes sustainable, legal employment and long-term earning potential rather than inflated commission percentages that shift tax and business costs onto practitioners.
What We Offer
Current Compensation Package (Effective January 2026)
- Tiered service commission with transparent benchmarks
- 10% retail commission
- Non-contact pay between clients
- 50% of employment taxes paid by Mindful Touch
- Loyalty bonuses at 1 year and 3 years
- 100% of gratuities retained by the practitioner
Wellness & Benefits
- One complimentary massage or facial per quarter
- Up to two complimentary 30-minute Haven sessions per month
(PEMF therapy, red-light therapy, zero-gravity massage chair, or a combination) - 30 minutes scheduled between client appointments
- Massage and esthetic trades encouraged

- deliver consistent, high-quality services
- educate clients on appropriate service frequency and invite rebooking
