New Luxury Massage & Spa Therapies

New_therapies

Hygge season is upon us. In case you are not familiar with this word, it is a "Danish and Norwegian word for coziness and comfortable conviviality with feelings of wellness and contentment. The word hygge comes from a Danish word meaning "to give courage, comfort, joy". Hygge stems from hyggja which means "to think" in Old Norse. Hygge is built from the Old Norse word hugr which later became the hug which means the soul, mind, consciousness."

I hope that you experience some form of this "Hygge" feeling when you come for your regular massages. As the weather cools, I love giving comfort by adding warmth to your session with hot towels and a warm table. I always customize your massage session especially for you and your needs. My intent is always to "hug your soul, mind, and consciousness" while creating the healing environment your body needs to heal from whatever is ailing it. I take great pride in providing, consistent, quality, therapeutic massage.

In keeping with the concept of "Hygge", I am very excited to offer some new and decadent spa therapy services that use delicious scents and sensations to engage ALL your senses. These services will warm you to the core, while engaging your olfactory and nervous systems to evoke the deepest relaxation possible. I encourage you to treat yourself, or someone you love, to a healing massage experience that will ease pain, lessen stress, and invigorate the senses.

A few of the spa therapies that are included in the services on the new "Seasonal Sensations" massage & spa therapies menu are:

*Hot Stones

* Aromatic and exfoliating scrubs

* Aromatherapy blends such as Pumpkin Spice, Chocolate Peppermint, Cinnamon Vanilla,

& Fresh Gingerbread

*Hot towels & Hot flax pillows,

What is better than a great massage? A massage experience that engages ALL your senses with delicious scents and sensations!!!! Don't miss out on these luxurious treats. The Seasonal Sensations menu will be available through February. If you are already scheduled for your regular massage, you can easily upgrade to one these sessions. Just let me know at least a day ahead of time, as some of them require extra time to prepare. I offer E-gift cards from my website and paper gift certificates in my office, for your convenience.
